Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Custom-built gaming PCs may require additional processing time, typically 2-4 business days, depending on the complexity of the build.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

South Island Urban: 1-2 business days

South Island Rural: 2-3 business days

North Island Urban: 2-4 business days

North Island Rural: 3-5 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently only ship within New Zealand.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • If you do not receive tracking updates within 48 hours, please contact tom@godmode.co.nz.

Damages & Lost Shipments

  • We take great care to ensure that all gaming PCs and peripherals arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:

    1. Inspect Your Order Upon Delivery – If you notice any visible damage to the packaging, please document it by taking clear photos before opening the package.

    2. Report Damage Immediately – Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. You can contact tom@godmode.co.nz with:

      • Your order number

      • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

      • A brief description of the issue

    3. Replacement or Refund – Once we review your claim, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate. We will cover the cost of return shipping for the damaged item.

    This policy does not cover damages caused by improper use, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier. If still not found, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date for assistance.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

  • Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
