How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for all products available on the website.

Is this a legit website/business?

Yes, we are a registered NZ Business since January 2020, our business registration number is 7857980, we have sold thousands of computers and peripherals to happy customers around the country.

What is the warranty on your PCs?

Our warranty is 2 years for all of our PCs, you can find out more about our warranty by checking out our Warranty Terms page.

What happens if the PC is damaged during transit?

If anything happens to the PC during delivery then will either be fully refunded or a completely new PC will get shipped out to replace the damaged one.

How do you package your PCs during delivery?

The PCs are packaged with styrofoam, wrapped in a plastic cover and placed into double layered cardboard boxes. In certain PCs we also put foam into the PC as well to ensure the parts don't move around too much during delivery.

How long will delivery take?

All Godmode PCs are built to order, so please allow up to 2-3 business days before your PC will be ready to ship. Once ready, you can expect delivery to take business 2-3 days. So the average time from the order taking place and it arriving at your destination is 4-6 business days in total.

Where are you based and do you have a walk-in store?

We are based in Nelson, New Zealand. We operate purely as an online store, using Courier to send and receive orders.

When are you next having a Sale?

We have sales around Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas & Boxing Day and sometimes one off sales on specific products.

I have made an order but have not received a confirmation email?

If you do not receive a confirmation email please get in contact with me via tom@godmode.co.nz and I will help to remedy this.

What FPS can I get on ...... game?

Please check out the FPS charts made for each graphics card on each PC product page, if the game you are wanting information on isn't listed you can ask over the website chat box and I'll look into it for you.
